Lead Acid Battery Hints and Care:

    1. New Battery:

        Before the first time use of your battery, put it on charge for 24 hours to “activate” it, even the battery is already charged 

    2. Avoid Over Discharge & Maintenance the battery:

  • Always recharge your battery as soon as possible within 3 hours after use
  • Avoid store the battery in the high temperature car trunk or any area with high temperature
  • Never over discharge or totally discharge the battery
  • Never play more than 18 holes without fully recharging, otherwise you may discharge the battery below its designated voltage and damage it.
  • Always keep your battery on charge between games.

     3. STORAGE :

          If you know that you will not be playing for next 3 weeks or so. REMOVE BATTERY FROM THE CHARGER AND STORE IT IN A PLACE with THE AMBIENT TEMPERATURE IS ABOVE 10 DEGREES AND LOWER THAN 30 DEGREES CELSIUS. Recharge it before your next round or every 2 months if it is not used in that period. Disconnect charger from power supply.   

    4. Warranty:

        Battery purchased after Sep. 1, 2009 comes with 6 months manufacturer warranty and all other batteries have only 6 months warranty. We reserve the right to inspect and test the returned battery. If the returned battery is proved by testing equipment that the damaged is caused by misuse or abuse, the warranty is void.  

    5. Battery Charger & Charging:

  • The normal life of the battery is 200 to 250 cycles
  • It takes 8 to 12 hours to fully charge the battery
  • The battery and the charger included with your cart are unique and cannot be replaced with regular battery or charger you can get in any normal retail store. Always contact our service agent before you try to replace the battery or the charger. Using an incompatible battery or charger may damage the cart and void your warranty.

E-Z-GO Cruiser RC-800

    1. Q: It has been making a clicking noise from one of the wheel areas (I can't say exactly where) when moving

           A: The noise is caused probably by a very small gap between the axel and the gear box. It can be solved by applying the silicone glue (just a very thin layer)                 on the axel around the area that touching the gear box. This noise will not hurt the cart, you can keep on use it and it might goes a way.

    2.  Q:  How to Pair the remote control with the cart?

         A:  Refer to the user's manual Page 15 to know the LED indicator lights and follow the instruction on Page 20.

         The most common mistakes by our customer while paring the remote control are: (a) the main ON/OFF switch is not at OFF position, (b) the speed  dial is not on "0" position, (c) the main battery is not disconnected, wait for 30 seconds and reconnect it 

    3. Q: What are the tire made out of?

        A:  The 2 main driving wheels are pneumatic tires made out of rubber, just like the tire on your car. The front wheel is made out of a very soft plastic called

              EVA.

    4. Q: What is the weight of the cart and the battery?

        A: The net weight of the cart is 32 lb and the 12V, 33AH battery weights 25 lb   

    5. Q: What is the cost for the remote control unit?

        A: the cost is $110 plus the fright

 

E-Z-GO Cruiser GT-600

  1. Q:  GT-600 is moving only at one speed and all other operation is normal

A:  Change the potentiometer will solve the problem. The potentiometer is a consumable parts that might required change every couple years. Send the diagram showing how to change the potentiometer.

     2. Q: GT-600 gear has grinding sound and does not move smoothly

         A: The old differentials are made out of plastic. It does not last very well, so we have changed the material to steel. Send the new

              differentials and the exploding drawings showing how to make the change.

 

CaddyTek CaddyCruiser 200

      1.Q: What is 'remote distance timer'?

          A: The Remote distance timer is a button on the remote that will move the cart 10 sec. or 30 yards once it is pressed.

For E-Z-GO golf Caddy Carts:

Agogos Golf Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Agogos will either repair or replace defective products at our option. Normal wear and fading of products is not considered a manufacturer's defect.  This warranty does not apply to claim of damage to items used in connection with Agogos Golf Inc. products.   In the case of deterioration due to normal use we will repair the item for a normal charge.  The battery is consider consumable and comes with 3 months warranty. Agogos Golf Inc. is the sole judge of any claim or warranty and the

service will be carried by Caddytek Inc
