No, they are not solid rubber tires. The tire is made out of a soft plastic, called EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate).

The multiple push position is: You can adjust the handle height by a lock and unlock a knob. The handle can be adjust to horizontal to the ground. It will fit short person well.

The strap comes with is Velcro type buckle.

The cart folds by easily accessed 2 release/tighten knobs and one button.

The Remote distance timer is a button on the remote that will move the cart 10 sec. or 30 yards once it is pressed.
