Push Carts

Each model has a slightly different folding mechanism. In general, release the locking lever, press the folding button, and push down gently until the frame locks into position. Please refer to the instruction manual or our video guides for step-by-step demonstrations.

All Caddytek carts use maintenance-free solid rubber tires. They never need to be inflated.

First, check that the folding latch is fully released and no obstructions are in the way. If the cart still doesn’t fold, contact our service team for assistance.

Most models include a simple adjustment screw near the front wheel. Turn it left or right until the cart tracks straight.

No, the E-Lite is designed as a stable, power-assisted cart. We do not recommend remote follow for Costco/retail versions as it may affect stability and return rates.

Our red magnet is designed mainly for light items (towels, caps). For rangefinders, we recommend using a strap or clip instead.

Accessories

All Caddytek carts come with standard accessories like umbrella holders, drink holders, and mesh nets. Most accessories are universal across models, but please confirm your cart model before ordering replacements.

Yes, Caddytek accessoires are designed to fit Caddytek push carts. Some may not work with every model, so check with our service team if you’re unsure.

Yes, many newer accessories (scorecard holders, clamps, holders) are compatible with older models. Please contact us with your cart model for confirmation.

Warranty & Service

Caddytek provides the original consumer of each new Caddytek push cart with a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the cart frame and key functional components when purchased from an authorized Caddytek dealer. Normal wear and tear (such as tires, grips, paint, or decals) is not covered, unless the part is defective prior to use. Proof of purchase is required.

If your cart arrives with a defective part before first use, it is covered under warranty. Caddytek will provide a free replacement part or exchange, and all shipping costs will be covered by us. Normal wear-and-tear items are only covered if defective prior to first use.

You can register online at www.caddytek.com or by emailing your proof of purchase to support@caddytek.com. Registration helps us process warranty requests faster.

Contact our service team with your cart model and proof of purchase. If the part is covered by warranty, it will be shipped free of charge. For non-warranty parts, our team will provide pricing and availability.

 If a part is not available in U.S. stock, we will ship it directly from our factory. During the warranty period, the part itself is free, but you may be responsible for international shipping fees.

Yes. If parts are unavailable in U.S. stock, we will ship them from our factory during the warranty period. The parts are free, but the customer covers international shipping costs.

Yes. For products purchased directly from our official Shopify store, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt if the item is in new, unused condition with original packaging.

- Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- The cost of the UPS return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued for the product price only (excluding tax and original shipping).
